WAE Balancing, Inc. has been in business since 1985.

We are a certified member of the Associated Air Balance Council. The AABC is a non-profit association of professional test-and-balance agencies. Member firms must meet demanding membership requirements and they are pledged to uphold a strict code of professional conduct and practice. WAE has been a member of AABC in good standing since 1985.

WAE specializes in Total System Balance of commercial, educational, and industrial HVAC systems. In addition to Total System Balance, we also have key personnel trained to perform Duct Leakage Analysis, Sound and Vibration Testing, Indoor Air Quality Assessments, Control System Verification, and Building Commissioning.

We have been involved in the Testing and Balancing of many major projects in the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. Some of the more notable projects include PNC Park, Heinz Field, David L. Lawrence Convention Center, Hillman Medical Center, Children’s Hospital, North Alleghany School District, Norwin School District, and numerous others.
